Westley and Tasmin saw an opportunity to create a higher standard for all supporting cast, from featured roles to deepest background performers, while not only meeting the client's needs but exceeding all expectations by offering a service that goes the extra mile.

Tasmin Vorster
Tasmin's career started in front of camera as a professional international model where she took part in many facets of the industry including print, fashion weeks, TV commercials, featured and lead roles in movies, series, and reality TV shows. During this time, she was involved and exposed to many unique cultures, living, and working abroad in Indonesia, China, Turkey and Australia.
Tasmin then came home to focus on her professional business career, gaining her degree in Business and Marketing as well as experience in Business Development, Procurement, HR, Key Account Management and Recruitment.
Above all else, Tasmin is known for striving to enrich the lives of others in her every day-to-day life. Thus, being a core element in making The Featured Crowd and all involved a success.
Westley DuRand
Westley started his career in Cape Town from the ground up, starting as a PA, he worked his way through lighting, camera, casting director, producer and then found his passion in the AD department and established himself as a professional First Assistant Director for over a decade. He has almost 20 years experience working on international and local feature films, series, TV and viral commercials, documentaries, music videos and Directing a few passion projects of his own.
Westley is known for always being willing to help other crew and cast build their careers and achieve their goals within the industry, and with all his combined experience there is no one better to understand the needs of clients and our performers alike.
Westley will continue his career as a First Assistant Director whilst co-owning and co-directing The Featured Crowd.
Clinton Hayward
Clinton Grant Hayward is a South African entrepreneur, restaurant management professional, and film industry veteran with more than two decades of diverse industry experience. His ability to manage high-pressure environments while maintaining exceptional service standards has contributed to his success as both a manager and entrepreneur. Through his business ventures, he has demonstrated a passion for innovation, people development, and creating memorable customer experiences.
